Breathe in and slowly raise your hips off the floor, keeping your shoulders on the floor, going as high as you can get your hips. Breathing out slowly your hips to the floor, moving the back down one vertebrae at a time. Standing up straight, bend knees slightly and drop pelvis forward. Keeping knees bent and flexible, rotate the pelvis in gradually decreasing circles, and then slowly increase the circle rotation size.
Then repeat rotating in the other direction. Head and feet should remain totally still. Similar movement to belly dancing.
